"So, before I delve into a dish-by-dish critique, the bottom line is you absolutely have to try Dum. The atmosphere and culinary delights are truly an experience worth experiencing. The asparagus risotto is perfectly blanched and a celebration of flavors, a 10 out of 10. The sea bass was velvety and perfectly blackened, an 8 out of 10. The lamb was tender but less flavorful than the other dishes, a 6 out of 10. The tobasco chocolate mousse with banana ice cream was a perfectly paired symphony of flavors, a 10 out of 10. Again, Dum is a once in a lifetime adventure. You will not be disappointed."

"A must in todo santos ! It was a little strange to find at night. You enter thru a sign that says rancho California?? And blue lights. It’s an interesting location for a restaurant however we really enjoyed our meal. The menu changes with the moon so these dishes may not always be available. Highlights were the Kampachi (12/10) and the duck ! The Tabasco chocolate soufflé was chefs kiss. Ommmggg. The staff was so helpful and we LOVED Mario. He’s so passionate about the food and drinks and the best service. Def a must hit restaurant !"

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Life-Changing Dinner at DUM, Todos Santos Every once in a while, a meal crosses that invisible line between exceptional and transformative. DUM isn’t just a restaurant — it’s a full-body experience that reminds you why we travel, why we gather, and why food matters. From the moment we arrived, the entire team radiated warmth and quiet precision. The open-air setting felt both intimate and wild — palms rustling, candles flickering, and that unmistakable Baja night sky overhead. The oysters were pure alchemy — ocean-cold, perfectly dressed, and alive with freshness that sets the tone for everything that follows. Each dish unfolded like a story: layers of smoke, salt, citrus, and creativity — a dialogue between the land, sea, and the people who know both intimately. Our sommelier was nothing short of inspired — pairing each course with wines that didn’t just match the flavors, but completed them. The service had that rare rhythm of grace and confidence: present when needed, invisible when not. To anyone wondering whether DUM lives up to the hype — it doesn’t. It surpasses it. This is not a place for cynics, critics, or those looking to rush through dinner. It’s a place for people who understand that a truly great meal can rearrange your sense of time. If you come here, come ready to be moved — by the food, by the people, by the quiet perfection of a night you’ll remember for years."
