KATA - El Pescadero
Understated Asian fusion and sushi spot in El Pescadero celebrated for Mongolian beef, edamame, the Pescadero Roll, a corn flan dessert, and well-made cocktails. A local favorite for its food, service, and ambiance.

"The food here is meticulously prepared and presented. Had the endemame beans and pork dumplings for an appetizer. Wow they were delicious. Had the Pescadero Roll and again it was fantastic. They offered desert and I couldn't say no because the food thus far was spectacular. Desert was called a corn flan. But it was like a cheesecake. Again I loved it. Will definitely return to dine here. Typical small Mexican restaurant that is plain to the eye. Food was top notch."
"This is one of my favorite restaurants in the area. The food is excellent, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and I always enjoy my experience and meal. Try the Mongolian Beef and the Edamame - the sauces are super flavorful with just the right amount of spice! And they do it right every time!"
"I came here for an early evening dinner. From the outside it doesnβt look much as itβs on the main market street, so I went past it a couple of times as it seemed it would be too noisy. Anyhow, went in las night on a quieter night and the ambience was great. Very good attentive service. I ordered the recommended ceviche and a fish poke bowl to come later and a few beers. The service was a bit slow and so I got through my first beer way before I received any food (30 minutes plus) then I received both of them within 10 minutes of each other, which was a little frustrating. The Ceviche was a good quantity and very nice, while the sashimi poke bowl was very tasty and a good quantity if you like rice (which I donβt). Overall the cost of the meal came to 650 Pesos which is pretty good and a very nice evening - Recommend."
