"This place is awesome and the noodles were perfect, the broth was delicious and the edamame was next level! Highly recommend as a must try. Also, enjoy some cocktails next door. It’s an industry favourite location."

"I live in Todos Santos most of the year, and this is easily one of my favorite places in town, the one I recommend to everyone. This is real chef food — creative, thoughtful, and consistently amazing. The pork belly sandwich has always been a favorite, but they just added a new mushroom sandwich that completely blew me away. I’m not exaggerating when I say it’s one of the top five sandwiches I’ve ever had. The bread is unreal, perfectly toasted with just the right crunch, and the balance of flavors and spice is out of this world. Make sure you add the Salsa Macha. It’s a rich, smoky Mexican chili oil made with dried chiles, garlic, nuts, and seeds fried in oil, then blended. Think of it as Mexico’s version of chili crisp — and on their sandwiches, it’s absolute fire. The Tam Tam ramen is another must. The broth has so much depth, every bite is pure comfort, and the portion is generous enough for two. And the people here? The owners, chef, and staff are all so kind and welcoming. I love chatting while my food’s being made — it’s part of the charm. They also do catering and events, and will bring their cart right to you. A true Todos Santos gem. Highly recommend. 😍"

"Wasn't sure what to expect from a ramen spot in Mexico - but hey, the place was always packed and the reviews looked good. Holy fried chicken tonkatsu, it was probably the best ramen I've ever had. And the corn ribs and basil tea were amazing too! Definitely give this spot a try. Cash only!"
