"Palmar is delicioso in every sense of the word. Eating here feels like being welcomed into a home, with a señora in the kitchen cooking the most incredible breakfasts with so much care and soul. It’s always on our must-eat list whenever we’re in Pescadero (which is every few months), and it never disappoints. Their salsa macha and salsa de árbol are absolute favorites—we always take bottles home so we can bring a little taste of Baja back with us. On top of the amazing food, the señora gives the warmest, most thoughtful service. Truly one of our favorite spots in the area."
