Fire up your appetite! Parrilleros Fest 2026 is the first-ever grill festival in Todos Santos, bringing together the best in BBQ, smoked meats, and Tex-Mex cuisine in a festive atmosphere. Taking place on May 31st at Patio Cafelix from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, this gastronomic and cultural event features live music with invited artists, live grilling and tastings, cultural activations including a charro presentation, a mechanical bull, and a dedicated food zone with selected restaurants. The event aims to attract both the local community and tourists, with the goal of becoming an annual Todos Santos tradition.
